A LITLLE BIT ABOUT MY PATH & CREDENTIALS
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and am a certified Holistic Therapy Practitioner.
I’ve trained in modalities that integrate mind, body, and soul:
Inner Child Healing, Somatic & Subconscious Reprogramming, Ancestral Healing, EFT, Energy & Spiritual Healing, and more.
My experience showed me that, while talk therapy is valuable for building awareness, it only scratches the surface. It helps you understand the “why” of your pain, but it doesn’t transform it.
This is why I expanded my expertise with holistic and spiritual approaches.
Talk therapy alone cannot create deep, lasting liberation because it doesn’t take into consideration the most important truth of our existence: we are not just human beings who occasionally experience spirituality. We are spiritual, energetic beings at our core, having a human experience.
True, lasting healing requires addressing all parts of yourself, physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

✨ I’ve always been deeply connected to the unseen, guided by prophetic dreams and strong intuition since childhood .
✨ I’m a total chocolate lover, give me a warm chocolate fondant and I’m in heaven.
✨ My awakening began after my first heartbreaks, which showed me the patterns I kept attracting. Years later, losing my mom propelled me even deeper into my healing, leading me to invest in myself, work with a mentor, expand my vision, and reconnect with my soul path.

A BIT MORE ABOUT MY STORY
My journey with healing began nearly two decades ago, long before I ever studied psychology.
For years, I struggled with depression, grief, anger, intrusive thoughts, and fear. I felt insecure, anxious, and disconnected from my purpose. And it showed up in my body; constant fatigue, recurring illness, and a deep heaviness that no amount of rest could fix.
My emotions often felt too big for me, and the only way I knew how to cope was to numb and distract myself. This left me stuck in freeze mode, exhausted, lonely, and living a life that didn’t feel like my own.
On the outside, I looked like I had it all together. I became a professional people-pleaser, always wearing a mask. Inside, I was suffocating. I was just as afraid of my shadows as I was of my light.
This fear held me back from creating a life aligned with my soul & from stepping into the woman I came here to be.
After years of living as a stranger to myself, I made a commitment: to stop hiding, to heal, and to finally come home to me. I invested in my healing, sought support, and devoted myself fully to this path.
Within six months, my reality shifted in ways I could never have imagined. I felt liberated, connected, and deeply aligned.
And that transformation is what I now share with others.
I come from a lineage of intuitive, strong, and independent women.
Women who carried great wisdom and gifts, but who also carried the weight of their emotional wounds, trauma, and conditioning. I carry their gifts and resilience, but I also carried their shadows.
Because this is how it works: the pain and shadows keep getting passed down until someone is ready to look at them and heal them.
But on a soul level, those shadows were my activators in this incarnation, the very catalysts that pushed me to awaken, to break cycles, and to light the path I now walk, not only for myself, but for all the women who come after me.

It also took me over 10 years of healing, studies, and personal experience to uncover what truly transforms.
